Happy Valentine's Day (a day late)

The Long-Awaited Pictures

It was so nice out on Thursday! Then it had to go and get all cold again. Brr. Yesterday I only grabbed a sweatshirt on my way to play practice, and BRR! And I normally don't get cold at all...

The "Mudball King". No kidding.

Playing in the mud

Marcus reminds my of James Hamacher in this picture. Not sure why...

Our broken tree. :-(

Our not-broken tree. :-)

The often-fought-over hammocks. I can't believe that no one was sitting in them...

Aww. Markie is just too sweet.

On our rock wall.
I love my camera. :-)

Catapillar

Today was a really nice day out! It's hard to believe that about a week ago we were out playing in the snow.
Today we all went and played outside for hours (I took pictures, but I don't have my camera right now, so...)
Nick and Adelynn were playing in the mud by the playhouse. Nick found a worm and they named it Catapillar. And then Nicholas put the worm on the swingset. Adelynn started screaming, and I thought it was because Nick dared to put a bug on the playset.
What she was actually screaming was: "OH NO! Our new friend is stuck!"
And that is the story of how they got a pet worm for about half and hour.

Fox Joins Walden for Narnia

Just for any of you who are (like me) very crazy and huge fans of Narnia, rest assured that the movie Voyage of the Dawn Treader will be made. For everyone who is not a huge Narnia fan, I should fill you in on the details- Disney quit its partnership with Walden Media (Walden owns the rights to Narnia). Everyone was afraid that the movie would be postponed.
Fox has now joined Walden Media, and the movie will come out on time.

In 2010. LONG WAIT! ACK!

Precious

Guess what? Marcus learned to smile for the camera! (I bribed him. If he smiled for a picture, I let him hold the camera and look at the picture of himself- he loved that!)

Unfortunately, he would reach for the camera too quickly. In this picture, he is less than four inches away from the lense!

I'm very speedy, you know. I can stick my face in the camera only moments before the flash goes off.

The little model. If the camera is out, there she is!

Fascinating! I can stick my finger on the lenses, and Shaylynn gets upset!

Go away

Playing with the volleyball that he's never allowed to touch!

Posing

Hello.

Awww...

Did you know?

(Warning, goofy face below!)

Did you know that if you rest your cheek on your knuckle for awhile, you get a bruise on your cheek?

And that if you rest both your cheeks on your hands for two hours while you read a good book, you get two bruises, one on each cheek?

The funny thing is, it doesn't hurt or anything, but its just these two brown bruises. And, I rest my face on my hands that same way all the time, and I've never bruised it before...

Afraid of Heights?

I have some cute pictures of Marcus to post, but for now I just have this video I got in an email- Wingsuit Diving or something. It's... ACK! Amazing.
