Word is Weird

Microsoft Word is weird... Or rather, it's automatic summaries are weird.
I asked it to auto-summarize (under Tools) my entire manuscript so far.
A ten sentence summary yielded:

Apparently, my characters do alot of calling each other's names and there are alot of Name-verb sentences. :) Which is strange, because I don't use it that much... And I wonder why Word chose those for the summaries?

This is the five hundred word one. WOW, it is extremely redunant!!! I, er... hope this doesn't reflect my writing style...

I love (or rather hate) how the first summarized paragraph sounds so... awkward. Because it sounds... awkward. And later on, when it summarized "Claire's face lit up" and then immediantly following, "Edmund's countenance fell". And the first three sentances... *cracks up*

Edmund sighed. “My name is Claire. Edmund groaned. It was Claire.

Edmund said.

Edmund didn’t answer. Claire laughed. Claire asked.

Edmund offered. “Not tonight, Claire.”

Claire sighed. Claire laughed. Claire gasped.

Claire looked surprised. “Fine,” Edmund grunted. Calm down, Claire!”

Claire spun around. Claire jumped into action. Claire asked, barely breathing. Claire whirled around. Claire gasped. Claire laughed out loud. Edmund. Claire began to run.

Claire sighed. Edmund shrugged. Claire knocked gently. “Claire!” Edmund gasped.

“Claire!” Claire smiled at her. Anna looked at Edmund. “Hello, Edmund,” said Anna. Edmund grunted.

Claire asked. Claire jumped up. Claire ignored him. Edmund groaned. Edmund looked at Claire. Claire’s face lit up. Edmund’s countenance fell. Come on, Claire. Claire shook her head. Suddenly Claire jumped and grabbed Edmund’s arm. “Calm down, Claire. Claire’s fingers flinched. “Edmund? Claire? “Orcs,” said Edmund.

“It’s gone!” wailed Claire.

Claire groaned. Edmund stared. Edmund ran into the room, shaking Claire awake.

Claire looked up. Anna ran. Edmund looked at Claire. “Hurry, Claire!”

Claire jumped. Claire exchanged weary looks with Edmund. “Yasiel. Claire gasped and shrunk closer to Edmund and Anna.

Edmund fidgeted uncomfortably underneath Claire’s disapproving stare. Edmund swallowed.

Edmund glanced uneasily at Claire. Claire glared.

“What? “Edmund! EDMUND!”

“Edmund! Claire grinned. Claire groaned. Edmund and Anna climbed in. Claire abruptly stopped reading. Edmund glanced apprehensively at Anna. Claire said stubbornly.

Claire thought a moment. Anna exclaimed.

“EDMUND! “CLAIRE!” Edmund nodded. Claire grimaced and laughed. “Can you walk, Claire?” “Edmund?”

Anna screamed. Claire froze.

Claire stared at Edmund fearfully.

“Anna! Claire just about screamed. “Anna! Edmund smiled.

“Magic,” repeated Claire. Edmund watched Anna shrewdly. “Don’t Claire! Claire whispered fiercely into Edmund’s ear. Claire gasped.

Claire grinned widely at Edmund. David, Claire.”

Claire beamed at David. Claire asked in awe.

Claire and Edmund shook their heads.

Claire spun around. Claire stared.

Claire nodded her head. Anna giggled. Edmund said.

Anna laughed. Claire chugged it, grateful.

Edmund nodded. E’vinsco looked at Claire and Edmund. Claire nodded. Claire’s curiosity was peaked.

Claire stared. Claire laughed. David looked at Anna, Claire, and Edmund in turn. Edmund giggled slightly.
