Old Drawings

As I was cleaning up my room, I pulled out my old sketchbooks (well, the ones I could find. I seem to have lost some...). Of course, I had to take some pictures of random pages! Most of my good drawings are gone- I tend to give away anything that is decent! Mostly only sketches are left. These are a few from when I was 8. I'll put up some more later.

Our First Moving Boxes

To go into storage to "declutter the house". We already have about ten more packed...

I have more pictures from yesterday thanks to Rebecca and Megan and Alyssa and maybe some more people that I still need to download. And a video of a song the policemen are in with awesomely hilarious blocking. I just don't know how Mrs. Nisbett does it, but its great!!!

Mom is in the hospital right now. She was there overnight and will be there until tomorrow. She has gallbladder stones that were bothering her really badly. Today she is getting an operation and she will get another one sometime next week.

Random Craziness

Okay, try singing this to the tune of Phantom of the Opera:

Beneath the Taco Bell
There is a shell
With spicy meat on it
And golden cheese
With lots of sour cream
And to-ma-toes
The TAAAAAAACO of the Taco Bell is there
Under your nose

Now sing it in a Veggie Tales voice.
And then a chipmunk voice

(This is based off an older version of the song, where it says Beneath the opera house/ I know he's there/ He's with me on the stage/ and everywhere/ and when my song begins/ I always find/ the Phantom of the Opera is there/ inside my mind. Not the version of the song in the movie.)\

I am CRAAAAAZZZZZZYYYYYY! *screams and attacks everyone with hugs*

Today I got a filling. Blech. My second one ever. And my mouth is all numb. Blech.
Yesterday when we were in Wentzville we stopped by Kohls to replace my worn-out tennis shoes. I have such a hard time finding womens 9 1/2 in Wide with a decent but not too big arch. I almost gave up, but then William just grabbed some shoes off the shelf and told me to try them on. They are perfect! Anyway, he told me that I must put this on the blog. Says he is the "shoe wizard" or something.

I AM GOOOOFY!

Wentzville

Today we went to Wentzville to check out what it is like...
For those of you who haven't heard, we will probably be moving there. Dad got a job offer, he just told us three days ago. It's in the outskirts of St. Louis. I'm not sure whether to be crazily excited or morbidly sad. :) lol
So, here are a few things I learned from out visit:

1) Wentzville HAS HILLS. The boys were so horribly worried that there would be no hills. We have discovered that the phenomena that no one appreciates until it snows does exist up there, even though the hills are smaller. So, thankfully, our family has been saved from the horrible fate that comes from having no hills to torture yourself on bike rides with. lol.

2) The restraunt called Red Robin's has TV's in the bathroom. Why? I don't know. They also have a television in the floor. Covered with clear plasitc or something. Because, of course, everyone's greatest desire is to stand and look down and the little television world moving around beneath their feet.

3) Panera Bread is called St. Louis Bread Company! But only in St. Louis. Outside of St. Louis it is called Panera.

... I've been thinking about GK Chesterton's quote: An inconvience is only an adventure wrongly considered.
I'm going to try to think of this like an adventure...
